Community Center Reservations
The following centers are available for events:
Teresa Estrada Community Center & Ocotillo Community Center
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 business days in advance.
- A deposit of $300.00 will be required to reserve your event.
- A rental fee of $30.00 per hour will be required 14 days prior to the event date.
- Proof of Liability Insurance or Certificate of Insurance will be required prior to the event date.
Imperial Veteran's Memorial Hall
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 business days in advance.
- A deposit of $200.00 will be required to reserve your event.
- A rental flat fee of $400.00 will be required 14 days prior to the event date.
- Proof of Liability Insurance or Certificate of Insurance will be required prior to the event date.
Sunbeam Lake Park
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance.
- Requests for large events must be submitted at least 14 business days in advance.
- For all events over 150 attendees, porta potty rental is required.
